Chelsea Harbour is a contemporary mixed-use development located in Central London and situated on the north bank of the River Thames. It was built on the site of an ex-British Rail Coal Yard and Victorian-era railway coaling dock on the River Thames. The 20-acre site was the biggest single construction project in the United Kingdom for decades.

Chelsea Harbour is situated around the marina area in Chelsea, close to the well-known King’s Road area.

King’s Road is one of London’s most popular shopping locations and is home to a mix of department stores, designer shops, trendy boutiques and quirky independent stores. There is also a theatre, plus a few art studios and galleries – including the innovative Saatchi Gallery.
