"Tangaroa" is a Humber Keel Barge - 20.5 metres long and 4.3 metres wide, with a hull made of steel. An extensive fit out and refurbishment was completed in 2004 - to a very high standard - and she has been well maintained since. The last out of water survey was in December 2021 when the vessel underwent routine checks. The accommodation comprises a large open plan saloon and galley with two double cabins. She is well placed for a wide range of local amenities and public transport, so would make an excellent pied-à-terre. The Chelsea Harbour area is a tranquil haven from the buzz of the city but close to Imperial Wharf national rail station which links to the tube. This provides direct rail links with Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction, as well as Southern services to Milton Keynes Central and East Croydon. There are bus services including bus route C3 which links Chelsea Harbour with Earl's Court, Fulham and Clapham Junction.
