Established in 2003, RiverHomes was born out of a love of property and life by the River Thames. This passion and vision continues to this day and we are proud to be the largest specialist waterside real estate agency within this niche. We exclusively sell, let and manage waterside properties within the M25 – be they houses, flats or houseboats on, next to or near the River Thames, her tributaries and London’s canal network of the Regent’s and Grand Union. From Shepperton & Sunbury to Little Venice & Camden; from Deptford & Docklands to Barnes & Putney – to name just a few!

In founding RiverHomes with sons Russell and Nigel 20 years ago, John perfectly combined his love of family, people and property. With a beautiful life by the river himself, he truly is living the RiverHomes dream!
Russell Day
Co-founder & Managing Director
As Co-founder & MD, Russell oversees the day-to-day running of the family business. He has lived and worked by the Thames for over 20 years, and couldn’t imagine daily life without it.
Nigel Day
Co-founder & Director
As Co-Founder & Head of Houseboats, Nigel’s knowledge of London’s houseboats and floating homes is unparalleled. A familiar face on the Thames, his other passions are family and football.

Associate Director
Philip oversees both Sales and Lettings as Head of the West London Branch, having been with RiverHomes for nearly a decade. His all-round industry knowledge and attention to detail is reinforced by membership of both ARLA and NAEA.

Leanna oversees lettings in our South West and Central London branches. As a member of ARLA, Leanna has oodles of lettings experience and finds the process of lettings management - from valuation to move-in - very rewarding.

Our Sales Manager of South West and Central London Branches, Nicholas, has vast experience of the riverside postcodes. Nick is also a Freeman of the City and a member of the Company of Watermen and Lightermen.

Tanya Tadic
Accounts Manager
As Accounts Manager, Tanya oversees all the accounting and financial aspects of our business. Fortunate to both live and work alongside the Thames, she makes the most of it with plenty of riverside walks and amazing views.

Erin works closely with the Directors as well as behind the scenes with all of the RiverHomes teams and branches. To relax, Erin enjoys running with her Husky, Skye.

South West London Branch Office Manager Ines is ARLA Qualified with extensive experience in Lettings and Property Management. Ines loves going for long Sunday strolls along the river and to visit her family in Germany.
