THE BUYING PROCESS

If you are looking to buy a waterside property please contact us: [email protected]

Before viewing any properties it is always advisable to have your finances in order.  If applicable you should have a Mortgage Agreement in Principle otherwise have funds cleared and unencumbered.

We can, of course, assist with all types of property on, next to and near the water.  To enable you to move quickly in the fast-paced London market it is advisable that your current property is marketed before commencing your search.

Registering with us means that we will update you by email and text alerts before our newest riverside properties are marketed on Rightmove, Zoopla or On the Market.

All of our viewings are carried out by experienced and trained RiverHomes staff so that there is someone knowledeable on hand straight away to answer any questions you may have or advise you as necessary.

You can also access our PropertyFile which allows you to keep track of your viewings and, once you have an offer accepted, live sales progression.
