Location

The Island is located on the riverbank at Brentford, within the London Borough of Hounslow.

Brentford has a good mix of brand stores, eclectic independent shops, cafes, restaurants and gastropubs. There is also a weekly farmers’ market held in the market square. Watermans Arts Centre, located overlooking the Thames, houses a cinema, theatre and arts spaces.
