Vertrouwen is a 1929 steel Dutch barge. This fully operational two bedroom, two bathroom home is moored on the picturesque Dove Pier in Hammersmith. The boat features a spacious wheelhouse with plenty of seating and direct river views. This leads to the second bedroom with en suite shower, separate toilet and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom is spacious featuring two fitted wardrobes. In the bow is the master bathroom. This outer residential mooring is transferrable to a new owner and mooring charges are £15,341 per annum.
